Like many, I've been following the NBA free agency fiasco during the past week. I've been fascinated by how such decisions reveal each player's value system.
In Lebron's case, his widely anticipated decision (revealed last night) would give us a close peek into his soul.
More thoughts on that in future posts.
For now, the following comment by Henry Abbott on ESPN caught my eye:
"...if you're in the mood to be charitable, you can love just about anybody. If you're in the mood to hate, you can hate just about anybody. "
There is amazing truth in that if we are all honest with ourselves.
The hard part is making the right choice *in spite* of our moods...
