Last One Left

As of now I am the only founder left. There were three of us that started the company, but my two of my co-founders are no longer with the company.

Back in 2007, if someone had told me that only one founder would be left in 2010, I would've told you that I would be the first one to go given that I had the least amount of "pedigree" among the three founders. There is no way that I would be the only founder remaining.

But 3 years later it has worked out in the complete opposite.

This only tells me that God is in complete control and that there is a purpose to me being here, despite my urges to leave this place.

It also tells me that only God can control whether I come or go from this place. Only He can remove me from here. My future is not in the hands of our CEO or our VCs.

If God wants me here, then nothing can happen to me here. If God wants me to move on, then I rest in peace knowing that just means He has prepared a better door for me to walk through.

So my job is to embrace the place I am currently in and trust that God is directing my steps, even though things don't make sense in the natural.

What a great journey this walk with God is...
