I often struggle with God-based values and the dog-eat-dog world of silicon valley business. I have come to realize that one cannot compromise the fundamental value system that guides one's actions.
The authentic leader: God-based, heart-led, with a strong character foundation filled with wisdom and humility.
Those things take time to develop.... but they are all part of the rewards derived from The Longest Way Round!
